Contradiction in the about this item and your personal response.
You contradict yourself.
In the "about this item" section you say that the item is hand washable and machine washable.
But when asked the question your response was, and I quote "No, you cannot wash mask or filters which will damage its structure"
So which is it because this means you are lying about this product and trying to cash in on the lastest tragedy of the COVID-19 pandemic.
