Pretty disappointed, i bought this solely to strengthen my masseter muscles only to receive very soft sticky gum. Sticks to your teeth at first which can happen with mastic gum but stuck more then other brands from amazon, and ulitmately was much too soft to do any kind of jaw training. Not worth the money, i just wish i could return. I have a whole bag of this stuff now with no use for it at all, also set back around 20 bucks. Was worth a shot but definitely wont be buying from this brand again for that reason. Much too soft, basically like chewing regular chewing gum. No resistance at all. Frustrating.
