★★☆☆☆
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this book to an adult
I did not care for this book. It was as if the protagonist needed everything explained to him as would a 5 year old. Every "clue" to the next "big revelation," given by the cafe employees, was annoyingly accompanied by a wink and a nod (or in this case a cryptic smile). If you can somehow ignore that, the overall message, though nothing new, is worth pondering but, in my opinion, it was pretty predictable and not the great story that it's reviews would have you believe it would be. Just my opinion.
