I am a tall women, and I am very disappointed at how much these hoodies shrunk in "length" - after I had washed them in cold water, and hung them to dry. As I was amazed to all of fuzzies, these hoodies shed in my washing machine, when I had washed them on the Gentle Wash Cycle. Hanes Women's Full-Zip Hooded Jacket(s), are made out of "ECOSMART Yarn, which is "not" written in the listing or description. A type of yarn that apparently shrinks (in length), when it is put into water. (The other 2 other brands of hoodies I bought, barely shrunk in comparison.) If you are are short woman, then a shorter hoodie might be good for you. But if you want something that sheds, you might want a fuzzy animal - that will at least give you some lovings back. Now in saying this, the width of these hoodies stayed true after washing. And they are incredibly soft on the inside, like a soft kitty that doesn't purr. So, there are some yummy factors to these hoodies - for you shorter gals.
