I'm disappointed to write this review. I've been using Amazon Basic micro USB cables for many years. I've never had a problem with them until this year's orders. I ordered a one a couple of months ago. When it first arrived, it was significantly thinner than my previous purchases. It appeared to be of less quality but I gave it a shot because I trusted the Amazon Basics brand since I had been so happy with prior purchases. Less than a month later, the cable quit working (worn out connector). I thoight I'd order another just in case the one I received was defective. I received the 2nd order Dec 2 and here again, 19 days later, the cable quit charging. Again, it has a bad connector. I gave it a try twice. No more. I would NOT recommend this cable.
