Bought to diagnose Lexus fault codes and turn off check engine light. Vehicle model year is after the stated earliest model year supported 1996. The product description did not include Lexus, however the NT301 device menu does not mention Lexus brand. And regarding turning off check engine light, there is no instruction in the paper manual or option on the menu. we were only able to find resetting all codes. Lastly when plugged into a Windows 7 Sony laptop, the USB software driver failed to install properly. The install CD also failed to install the driver and there was no device driver listed on the support website. Emailed support. They answered a few times with very poor English. Provided no useful information and stopped responding. Returned product.
