Buyer beware. After 1 year your battery will start to die and your Tile app will inform you that you need to “upgrade” which to my dismay really means competely replacing all your tile products with brand new ones at $25-$30 a pop. Now you would think maybe the newer versions of their product would address some of these issues so you dont have to completely replace every Tile you own annually. But think again. The “new version” will need to be completely replaced in roughly the same time as well. But according to Tile thats for your benefit so you dont have to be bothered with “poking and prying out a battery” and you dont have to be “inconvenienced with replacing or recharging batteries” Pathetic money grab and business model imo. I have 6 tiles. Like what the product does but I refuse to spend $150-$200 every year to replace them.
