UPDATE! I finally got contacted by the seller 5 months later. They want to pay me $25 to delete my review. Somehow they got a hold my personal email address and emailed me there. They were saying my bad review really hurt their small company. What is really hurting their small company is their faulty product. Why don't they concentrate on fixing that instead?? People depend on reviews for the truth. I won't take my review down. October 2019****** I really liked it at first. We were looking for something that filters out hard water minerals and chlorine. One day there was a bunch of black in the water (charcoal) and then the water pressure was like a fire hydrant coming out of our shower! I had to use the other cartridge, but I wonder how long that will really last. I have had other filters and this has never happened. I have recommended this particular one to lots of clients and I now regret it!! UPDATE! No contact at all from the seller. I am surprised they haven't reached out to make it right.
