I had emailed the company (Essick Air Products) to find out if the product was hazardous to humans and pets. They replied with a description manual and said no..!. I was like WTH? In the label of the bottle it says "Hazard to Humans and Domestic Animals".. I wasted my money and asked to get my refund..They replied no because I had opened the bottle. My question people is, " How do you sell a product that is supposed to help clean the filters and humidifier's tank and be hazardous to someones health and pets"? I don't get it? Don't buy this product if you value the wellfare of your family. But hey who am I to judge..! ?
