I use this on my abs and butt and MAN does it produce results!! Have a few of these and this is by far the best brand. I use this wjile cooking cleaning and do no other physical activity really and my abs are flatter and feel like im getting a six pack! I also strap it to my booty and its making my gluteus certainly maximus lol. Definitely get it you wont regret it! * update I lowered because the device port broke out and customer service won't address the issue or send a replacement part. Been emailing for a whole no response
