I'm a massive fan of the original series, and believe it is the best show television has ever seen. I'll admit I know the new series will not be able to out perform the original. With that being said, I was so excited to see this was being brought back in the modern day. Unfortunately, it's a lousy disappointment. Let me begin by saying the reason the original series worked was because it gave us excellent stories that challenged our minds and thoughts. It dealt with humanity, morals, ethics, right, and wrong. This new series is a complete left-wing, politically correct, agenda pushing fantasy-land. It makes me sick to see the direction this show wants to go. As if we don't get preached at enough in the movies and shows. Not to mention people's love and obsession with Jordan Peele. He just recently state he could never see himself cast a white person in a lead role. This kind of talk would be destroyed if the roles were reversed. But since he identifies as a black man it's ok. Now he represents the new Twilight Zone??? Rod Serling is rolling over in his grave. You had so much hope and potential to give audiences real entertainment, real storytelling, and real creativity. Instead, you push and agenda. It's pathetic.
