I purchased these to put into my elderly father’s cars. You have to register the devices and enter your card information for the monthly payment before you can even try installing them or they won’t connect. When I couldn’t get them to connect with the app I tried calling customer support and got a voicemail. After more than an hour of messing with it I gave up and returned them. Amazon issued a refund for the actual GPS devices no problem but when I contacted MOTOsafety for a refund on the $20 they had already charged my card for the monthly payment I was told the company doesn’t issue refunds. They were out of the box for less than two hours and didn’t even work but not only do I have to pay but they prorated me the whole month. I repeat THEY FORCE YOU TO GIVE YOUR CARD INFORMATION BEFORE YOU EVEN KNOW IF THE PRODUCT WILL WORK AND THEN REFUSE TO REFUND WHEN IT DOESN'T!! Buyer beware.
