Couple reasons why I picked this phone over others are one, aluminum casing and two, loud speakers. I work at construction. And I do get much calls that are related to the work. I've had much difficulties because it is hard to hear my phone ringing. Well, this device is loud enough. It seems that the signal strength is a bit lower then other phones I've used but didn't have any problem from my work so far. After using the phone for a month or so, battery failed on me. Tried a few different chargers/cable to see if that was the issue but the device wouldn't charge at all. After talking to tech su]ort, sent it via fedex. Roughly about 3 weeks later phone arrived, however, it is not the one that I sent to them. Some screen protecting film is on it and it has scratches all over it. And s/n is different then the one I sent. Looks to me they sent me pre owned/ refurbished device instead of the one I sent. Was expecting to get the one I sent for repair. And if they cannot fix it, was expecting new one, not the refurbished device. They didn't even contact me for this matter before hand. I sent e-mail about this and am still waiting on their reply.
