I purchased 4 of them from the GRAB IT website. Ordered over a month ago, said 2 week wait, received an email from them, said a month or more wait! Finally received on Friday 8/25, ALL 4 GRAB IT's WERE DEFECTIVE, yes, all 4!!! Called them, said they had a defective batch sent out to customers, they apologized, wanted me to reorder while on phone speaking with them and emailed me a free return label. So, I do not know if I will be reordering, they looked cheaply made, not as sturdy as appears on TV, just did not meet my expectations. I was so disappointed, my brother had open heart surgery last week, he could have really used the GRAB IT! Hope this helps all who are thinking of ordering!!
