Delivery was quick, arrived with no damage. Professionally installed. First time I tried to use it but got an error code after several tries. Contacted Fisher Paykel direct and after 3 days they have found no technician in my area to come and check it out. So, first, they were not able to help via a phone call. Second, in todays world, how difficult is it to find someone who can help? I'm so disappointed at this point. I will update this review as things change, and one way or another they will. UPDATE:. Finally after calling FP every day they were able to find a technician to service the dishwasher, BUT I was told it would not be covered under warranty because FP does not authorize Amazon to sell their products! WHAT???? SECOND UPDATE Fisher Paykel has decided they will not going to do anything to help. It has been 7 months and I am just finding this out. HORRIBLE.
