Was easy to put together and we received it quick however we've logged 600 miles on it and it has been making a major clunking sound coming from the wheel/gear area, the first 450 miles or so it was perfectly quiet and we loved it but the noise is driving us crazy and I'm sure it will quit soon. I'm going to attempt to get in touch with them about this and if it is fixed I will update my review. After contacting the company about the issue with this I have changed my review to reflect their response or lack there of; I sent an email and had a quick response that I should send additional info and photos or additional explanation of the issue, I sent the info and told them that we could not send photos because the issue was internal but I did explain that the clunking noise was coming from inside the pedal housing. I have sent three additional emails asking when we might receive an explanation of what we are to do and how they are going to handle this warranty issue and I am still waiting to hear from them. I believe that they are waiting for the warranty to run out. We had this less then 2 months when we started having this issue. I would strongly urge anyone considering this bike to look at something else. It has turned into an expensive dust collector.
