I purchased the Best Friends by Sheri Lux Fur Donut Cuddler 23x23 Oyster color on Amazon for my dog for a Christmas present. My pup thoroughly enjoys it. I've washed it once and in May the bottom ripped out. I don't have a big dog (20 pounds) and he doesn't even chew on his toys. This is clearly badly made. I contacted the company and they responded within 3 days saying they would look into it once I gave them my order number. I've heard nothing since I sent the information they requested along with these pictures. There is no sewing this as you can see. I'm very disappointed in the durability.
