Do not waste your time with this product. The hose inside the reel kinks by design because there isn’t enough room from the connector to where it mounts on the wall (abs pictured). I’m in awe that somebody actually saw this design and said “Welp, looks good enough, send it out for production!”. Not to mention this thing weighs about 1 pound, it’s just cheap thin plastic, nowhere near worth $40. I don’t know how it could support a 100’ hose but I didn’t even try to install it. Waste of time and money and dealing with the return process.
