WARNING: Manufactured in China! No nutrition label, manufactured date or expiration date!
I wanted to write a short review and comparison to some other Stevia's on Amazon.
After a recent attempt to kick artificial sweeteners I turned to stevia and coconut palm sugar (recommended by Dr. Oz)
I found out the Truvia I was using was not pure stevia so I turned to Amazon in efforts to find one that is pure.
I found a few brands that raised interest but one of them the top seller Kal Pure Stevia Extract Powder had its formula changed and began being made in China.
So I purchased Mood & Mind as alternative. The item was not sold Prime but directly from Mood & Mind.
The listing only showed it as Pure Stevia and did not list any nutrition facts such as % of steviosides and rebaudiosid.
Also did not list where the product was manufactured. I went to Mood&Mind website and no luck finding this information there either.
I reached out to Mood&Mind and these are the answers I received:
Hello,
There is no nutrition facts label as this product is not sold as a food, but rather a pure herbal supplement ingredient. It is 90% Stevacides and 25% Reb A. The leaves are from Peru, processed in China, and packaged in the USA. The Stevia is grown in Peru, manufactured in China using an alcohol extraction, and Packaged in the USA. It is 100% Stevia extract, but
90% of that is Steviocides (Reb A, B, C), (28% Reb A) and the rest is other residual Stevia leaf material. Thank you for your order! Have a great rest of your day!

Mood & Mind
With that said the formula does taste ok and you only need a small amount to sweeten. When I add to tea of coffee it tends to sit on top of the liquid after stirring vigorously it dissolves.
I also purchased another brand to take to work. BulkSupplements Pure Stevia Powder and it comes with nutrition label (They didn't have to but they placed one on their packaging) and the packaging is better. The BulkSupplements Pure Stevia Powder also dissolves much better than the Mood & Mind. As far as taste the 2 taste the same to me.
My biggest concern and lower rating for this product is that it is manufactured in China, that they refuse to put a nutrition label or any label showing how much stevia is truly in the powder, no manufactured or expiration date and lastly the packaging (for the price should be better).
