Oofos have always been my go to flip flop since I discovered them over 6 years ago. I have owned at least 6 pair. Each of my previous pairs I have been able to wear them until there was no grip left on the bottom. I only recently started wearing this pair after purchasing them in October. After only a few wears, the toe strap ripped completely off while I was walking. Was I sold a cheap imitation pair of Oofos, or has the quality really gone down so significantly in the last couple of years? I would really like a refund or a replacement pair. The return period has passed. I would like to have my faith restored in this brand.
