Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

The flame effect is more like a strobe light and isn't effective or convincing. It's actually distracting and irritating. A flame is unpredictable and never flickers the same way twice. These bulbs cycle through the same quick pattern that is more like blinking than it is flickering. My wife asked me why we have a strobe light on our porch. My neighbor thought something was wrong with it, and another neighbor asked if it was a security alarm going off. Boo.
