I'm very disappointed with what could be an excellent product. My number one complaint is that I have to unpair and forget the device each morning to get it to reconnect. I have it in the cradle all night near my PC with which it is paired via bluetooth. Audio works fine all day. At some point over night, the Tap decides it's no longer connected to the PC. Once that happens, I have to unpair the device, shut down the tap, shut down the PC, reboot and then reapir after startup. It's fine again for the remainder of the day until the next night. The worst part is that Amazon doesn't really want you contacting them for device support. I cannot find anywhere that doesn't have canned support responses that don't come close to covering this scenario. Amazon, get your device support together. If you are going to sell your own devices, you must support them.
