1. These DO NOT have the ISO Logo printed on them. 2. These DO NOT have the CE Logo printed on them. 3. The outside is not coated with the proper material. 4. The glasses are made in Germany. 5. These DO NOT pass the test to block a simple LED powered by a AA battery. In the description on Amazon they say ISO 12312-2 certification and CE but the glasses only say, “Meets the 2015 Transmission Safety Requirements of ISO 12312-2 for direct Solar Viewing” but the ISO Logo is NOT printed on the glasses anywhere In addition, these glasses DO NOT have the CE Logo printed on them. The Amazon add says they are CE but there is no Logo on the product. I returned mine on 8/11/17 due to the product not having the ISO Logo or CE (Conformité Européene) Logo’s printed on them. There is only a LUNT Solar Systems Logo. I believe these do not meet the true certification and I am not willing to risk my grandsons' eyes using these glasses. Not going to risk exposing them to the Sun during the eclipse using these (over 2 hours "start to end" with 2 and a half minutes of totality). We need our eyesight more. Apparently, LUNT Solar Systems needs the money from providing a product that is manufactured in Germany and is not clearly labeled with the appropriate certifications and Logo's they claim. If they are compliant they should have the Logo's. There is more at risk for a company if they use a Logo and are not compliant or authorized to. Try getting a properly certified product so you can use the Logo and consumers can have confidence in your foreign made product. Logo use is extremely important to this buyer as a show of quality and confidence in the product. UPDATE: Read the last paragraph in the Certification picture carefully and notice the misspelled words. Recognised, not the correct spelling Recognized Authorised, not the correct spelling Authorized Maybe Germany spells these words differently than the rest of the world. Simple LED Flashlight and Glasses and what it looks like through the glasses. From what I read, you should see nothing but the Sun through proper glasses. You decide.
