I cut open the package to find a warning hidden inside: the brush head cannot be used with toothpaste that contains coconut oil. It would have been nice if that warning was visible from the outside of the package so I could have returned them, but instead, I'm stuck with the most expensive brush heads I've ever purchased and now I have to go out and buy new toothpaste before I can use them. Life is complicated enough. Nobody should have to worry about compatibility issues between their toothbrush and toothpaste.
