I thought this would be a good accent for my holiday Christmas display. I got these, and unwound them (no easy since the little star points kept sticking to each other), and I realized initially that there were two lights that had no stars on the bulbs. Okay...so I decided to test the string. It didn't light. I tried replugging it, changing the mode... nada. Upon closer examination, one of the stars was not attached at all to the cord. In fact, the wired was broken where that star had originally been soldered on, then jammed into the box. There is no way this string will ever work. Waste of time, waste of money
