Don't know why but I put in for an original made by Samsung battery for galaxy s4 and thought that's what I was getting but that's not what I got. looks like Samsung but got no plastic case and no box with the Samsung seal so I know it's not made or sold by Samsung. Not happy at all. Thinking of sending it back. I hate going through this and that's what they are counting on. I say everybody send them back. If you put in for original Samsung and got knock off. Why would it not be original, send them back.
