I expected better based on the reviews I read prior to purchasing. Maybe we just got a lemon. This monitor is constantly beeping for one reason or another. Sometimes it just doesn't charge. Most often it's out of signal, despite being just down the hall. There's a small square in my kitchen where it works, so I have to leave it here and never move it. We've taken it to other houses and have the same problem. I've followed the troubleshooting manual but I still have only a few areas in the house where it works... sometimes. I expect better for the price. Of course it's now out of warranty (bought on a Black Friday deal long before baby was born) so I guess I'm out of luck.
