WORST TOY EVER!! NOT a Fisher-Price product! Would give it 0 stars, if possible
Please be warned that this is NOT A FISHER PRICE TOY. Even though the FP logo and quality standards are PROMINENTLY displayed on the box in SIX different places, this toy is designed and manufactured by Sababa Toys, a company that is now out-of-business. My children received this for Christmas, and it stopped working completely within 2 weeks - both rotating dial and music box. They played with it all of 4 times, it was not a heavily used item. We called customer service and the line had been disconnected. Sababa Toys website does not accept any customer service inquiries (and has not been updated since 2007). We then called Fisher-Price and were told that the Fisher-Price Music Box Teaching Clock was a licensed product to Sababa Toys, and that since FP did not design or manufacture the toy, they were unable to provide a replacement. The FP rep tried to contact Sababa Toys, herself, using their direct number and learned they were out-of-business. They offered a voucher for the purchase price of the toy. So, it wasn't a complete wash, but we're still extremely displeased with this toy and with Sababa Toys for the false advertising (The FP logo and quality seal are featured prominently on the packaging in no less than 6 different places) and also with FP for licensing their name to such garbage.
