I had already ordered a bag from this company last year and it was perfect with big, fresh cut hibiscus flowers. I drank a cup almost every day and I reordered the same product this time around. When I opened it today, I immediately saw some plastic which looked like white dental floss. Also, the tea didn't look like what my batch looked like before, so I inspected a small amount of it. There is about 20% which is sticks, and there are a lot of unknown seeds. Also, I found a broken portion of what looks like animal fecal matter (the very left on my hand) and I am not wanting to look any further. I don't think this tea is safe at all to consume. I am super disappointed in this product, and I hope I can find better tea somewhere else.
