I bought an AliveCor. I got the app which was hard to load. I started the app and tried to use it. Nothing. It wouldn't go past the "put your fingers on the sensors." I tried it multiple times and still nothing. I went to the AliveCor internet site and tried to find a way to contact support. The only way seemed to be via email on the site. I sent them a message detailing my issue - that It wouldn't work. I got no response. I waited for four days. I read several reviews that indicated the support I got (none) seemed to be a common problem. The reviews also highlighted another issue - there was a $10/month fee to use their App and store any EKG's and be able to send them to a Doctor's office, otherwise you needed to be able to read EKG's and the EKG would disappear after it was taken. No way to store it without paying the monthly fee. I sent the unit back. Sounded like a good idea but the company has way to many problems with their support. Maybe a little competition from other devices will force AliveCor to improve!
