I am an accomplished baker and desperately seeking a quality grain free sandwich loaf.... as soon as I read the ingredients I knew there was something not right. I prepared the recipe all the same and followed it to the letter. I have posted a photo of the result below. The cover indicates that it has full illustrations. And it does. It has full illustrations of breads that cannot be made without wheat flour.
