I am so sorry that I bought this blender. I missed the window to return it by just one day. I was mislead by the notice in the box that said hassle free returns. Why don’t I want to use this? I simply did not understand that it had no buttons to stop or start or change speeds. You have to hold down the lid and put pressure on it. OK for some people, but others, with compromised arms, like me, carpal tunnel, tear in rotator cuff, it would be distressing to use it. I’m giving mine away. Maybe they should make it’s operating instructions more clear so people would know what they are ordering.
