Comes with a bunch of apps that you can't remove that also gather data from your viewing habits if you rush through and agree without reading. There are about 15-20 apps they won't let you delete. I'm aggravated mostly by the CNN app that is permanent (and collecting data from you) and the Facebook app. I paid for the tv so it is not unreasonable to be annoyed by permanent ads.
