Poor quality control from simplehuman to let it shipped like this. Shipping box and product box showed no damage. It was bubble boxed. Yet I have a huge dent. Huge disappointment. Will be sending back filled with my trash. Their customer service did nothing. Just tell me to return it where I ordered. Fine take my trash. All it take is one mistake to lose a customer.
