Problems immediately, not working after less than a week, and no customer service number!
Got this as a gift less than a week ago. The second day I noticed the time was incorrect. Reset thinking I must have set it wrong the first time but the problem persisted. Then today I get this error message and the thing won’t work at all. NOTHING in the manual about what this error means, nor could I find this information online. NOTHING in the way of contact information for any kind of customer service at all, either with the item or anywhere online. Totally frustrating!!!
