Horrible - see for yourself in my video! Is this vacuum a joke? Firstly, the bristles scratch the floors unless you set it on “high,” which lifts up the vacuum so that the bristles don’t touch the floors. We did a test on the high “floor” setting using various crumbs, rice, etc, and the vacuum picked up NOTHING off the floor! We then did a test on a lower setting (which brings the bristles lower at the price of scratching the floors), and it still barely picked anything up. Any lower and the bristles will completely scratch the floors and will ruin sensitive rugs. What’s the point of having this setting if it doesn’t work on the setting? Stay away. I can’t remember the last time I’ve been disappointed in a product.
