I originally posted a negative review in 2016. Recently I was contacted by a representative of the company selling the cage. They asked I remove the negative review in exchange for $30 compensation. They were very nice and seemed to try and “make up for my poor experience.” As you guessed and what I thought might happen, I deleted the review and didn’t receive a cent. I want all individuals looking at this cage to know it was not built of study steel at all and the door could be pushed open by my small dog. Over all very poor quality and would deform when collapsed for transport. Even with care it was unusable within a month. Look elsewhere.
