I bought these for a road trip in which my 2 sons were following behind us. At no point were we more than 500 yards apart but unless he was tailgating me these radios were useless! They were fully charged and we tried every channel combination we could think of but it didn't matter if he wasn't withing 50-75ft these would break up so badly we couldn't understand eachother so they'll be going back. It's sad that in the description they can claim idiotic stats such as (up to 25 miles) when it's obviously complete crap! Where did they test them in space?
