Worst customer support in fitness biz, and terrible product that doesn't work
Worst customer support in the business. Used it twice and the resistance stopped working with the workout modes, so I called support. Rude support personnel, impossible to get a hold of a supervisor. I ended up calling back SEVEN times because each time they said they would send a part they never did. It took over two and a half months to finally get the part (the entire freaking console had to be replaced). It just showed up today with NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to replace. Now I have to dissassemble the entire freaking thing to get the console replaced myself. Why did I pay for expert assembly again? NEVER BUYING PROFORM (AMATEURFORM) AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE. I'm out $900, don't let this happen to you.
