I've bought cheaper dog beds of much better quality than this POS. Shame on you Casper, shaaaaaame. You have to 'assemble' your dog bed as it arrives in pieces...let that sink in. Each piece is fully exposed revealing just how sub-par the quality of the entire thing is before you even assemble it (if you get that far). The bed cover itself feels cheap, not soft or comfortable to the touch, and just overall meh and having zero 'WOW, this is a Casper dog bed!' impact. Mine was boxed back up with a return request and label slapped on it within 10 minutes of opening it.
