Hello everyone, I bought this product with great expectations after reading the many great reviews. However, within a short time after buying it, it stopped working and tech support speculated that its guidance system had failed. They sent us a shipping label to return the item to them and they said they would ship us a new one once they received the broken unit, but it has been over two weeks since they received the broken one and we are not able to get a status update on when they will actually send us a functional unit. Very frustrating. Unless you are willing pay them this much money and not be assured that you will have a working unit to use, I recommend that you look for some other product with a support team that is more responsive.
