I have used Window Washer for years on several computers. I recently purchased a new laptop and when purchasing software for it noted that it was not well rated. Digging around I decided that WinCleaner was the best option. It appeared to load fine. I tried to use the program and could not until I activated it. I attempted activation repeatedly and was told that my activation codes were in error. I attempted again on the next day with the same result. I emailed tech support and was given a URL that would allow activation. Again the same problem. I again contacted tech support and received an email stating they needed the vendor name and the codes for my program. As a matter of point all of the other programs I loaded and activated had no problem doing so on the first or second try. I find it frustrating. I have had and maintained computers since the early 80's so it is not that I lack experience with computers and software. To date it is not activated and as of today will be removed from my computer and a replacement found and installed.
