I like the product I just wish it would work with my wifi. I bought this because I have a 5Ghz wifi router and this was one of the few I found that said it supported this. I set it up with ethernet through the router and it worked great. The place I am putting it needs to be wifi as there is o direct cable connection. I am setting this up because my mother is handicapped and has fall a couple of times. I wanted to feel better knowing I can check on her at anytime without disturbing her. Even in the set up process it stated on my phone "To be sure you have 2.4 Ghz". Total bummer I will have to return it.
