Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

As you will see in the attached photo, this is not Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla as advertised. The packaging has the correct name, but the actual product is just plain vanilla. When I contacted the seller about this the response was that since the order was fulfilled by Amazon, then Amazon needed to fix the problem. They took no ownership or responsibility for this issue which seems to happen over and over again. The product itself is like a sauce, instead of a paste which is what I was looking for. The smell and flavor are nice, but it is lacking the deep, rich aroma and flavor found in Madagascar Vanilla. It's like receiving regular cinnamon when you ordered Vietnamese cinnamon. Both are lovely, but the later has more of a bite. You get the idea.
