A very poorly conceived attempt to further cash-in on an idea that is itself extremely useful.
The book is only about a quarter of an inch thick, but five chapters in they're still introducing the concept and telling you about all the things you're GOING to learn. There's a foreword and an introduction. None of the chapters should be telling me what this book is going to teach me, it should already be teaching me by that point. The method is a good one, but this book is padded out beyond all reason.
