This device holds only 7 grams of ground cannabis. Seven grams fills the pod to the top and you need 2 cups of oil/butter to reach the top of a full pod. This gives a concentration of 7 grams to 2 cups oil. When I was making it on the stovetop, I could put 20 grams in 2 cups. The lower concentration this machine gives means I have to eat more food than I would like at bedtime to get the medicinal effect needed to stop nerve pain and help with sleep. I am going back to the stove top method and now have a $250 paper weight.
