I use a size small glove. I have for 12 years. I go through about a box a week in my job. These are the worst gloves I've ever bought. They are difficult to put on, and they always break at the wrist. I had 2 yesterday that tore at the palm when I put them on. Terrible buy, but they were the cheapest I could find, and were still 4x more than I was paying a year ago for gloves.
