Terrible product. For every 10 sheets, at least 8 will wrinkle coming out. I don't understand how I can put in a flat sheet and have it dog-eared or crimped when it comes out. The last straw was when the entire sheet crimped inside the machine and I had to use a skewer to try to catch the one tiny corner that was sticking out. Not worth the frustration and effort.
