This mix is no different from any other weight boosting product. The smell is awful. The taste is awful. I tried to disguise it with ice cream, chocolate syrup, pudding but the smell and taste could not be hidden. My son is not a picky eater, but couldn't stomach this. I did bribe him to drink a small shake made with just milk and the powder and he had stomach pain for the rest of the day. I will not buy this product again. Very disappointed.
