Great customer service, they sent out a new probe with no hassel. First one lasted two months. Would not turn on. The new probe is the same model, but the on/offbuttons have been redesigned with ones that actually move vs pushing a hard membrane that, once flexed, depressed the switch inside the thermometer. Appears to be major improvement in design. Also, the probe is connected o the circuitboard with two wires that are smaller than the diameter of a human hair. Every time the probe is rotated open/closed these wires are flexed. Appears to be very fragile. Recommend you tape the probe into the open position to extend the life! When it breaks, they will send you a new one, sorry in advance for the inconvenience this will cause you!
